Ok, so the hot blogging topic lately has been on admins, and their place/role in DSiPaint, mainly, their behavior.

I think everyone has had some good points, and everyone has biased points (hey, It's a blog, technically every statement is biased).

While I do believe admins should be able to have fun, there should be a limit to how they use their powers.

Now, flashback one year ago... This site was completely different. Text links instead of icons, no themed or Spanish/Dutch/German chatrooms.

Swearing was also taboo. Dammit and Hell were not considered to be acceptable, and honestly, for a site rated G by most major internet site reviewers, I don't thinks it's acceptable. Admins brought about some changes that I wish hadn't been made.

No longer are new members welcomed into chat by administrators, they are shunned, and turned away.

No longer are many admins using their powers correctly. Many kick, ban unfairly, and spam without end and think that what they did was fine.

Now I know some members aren't corrupted,but to tell you the truth, many administrators on here abuse their powers, it's just a fact.

Now I've known all these admins for a long time, many, over a year. We've lost some of the most mature yet fun-loving admins...

And they've been replaced with a group of admins, many of which don't think the rules apply to them.

Now I know you guys, Admin, many of which are good friends of mine, hear me out.

A generation with more maturity and good moral values trumps a wild bunch of vagabonds with no concept of rule anyday...

This isn't directed at anyone in paraticular...more just my compiled thoughts all streamed into a blog...

Anyway...I hope this rant wasn't too "opinionated" for everyone who dislikes my points...
