Today, I'll be reviewing Bad Company 2. Here's how the system works.
My ranking system relates to different kinds of bread.
5- Just crazy good. Why don't you have it. Think banana bread.
4- Fantastic, but not perfect. Think malt bread.
3- Good, but sorta bland. Toast.
2- Careful, try before you buy. Bread with nothing on it.
1- A rental AT MOST! Stale bread.
0- Bad. Kill it with fire. Rotten stale bread that is on fire.
Graphics- Now this isn't ALL about clarity. I'm quite amazed at these. Such detail in things that are mostly to entirely destructable. A lot of work has been done, considering you'll look at the structures for 4-5 seconds before blowing it up. As for clarity, nothing special, but works well. You aren't loooking at them anyway. Gun detail is excellent too.
Rating: 3
Sound- Explosions are everwhere, a bang and you'll lose your hearing for a couple seconds, the music is falsely cheery in a good way, and the voice acting was great too. The voices were very well done by my experience, but I have heard better. Plus, music is hard to hear over, well, everything else. Shame.
Sound: 4
Gameplay: Ah, this is where it's at. Although entirely different, this game really feels like the vehicles of Halo, the shooting of MW2, and the destructability of Red Faction. A mix that blends fantastically. Plenty of guns, Single player is fantastic, Multiplayer is mind blowing, it's the great bread of the original, plus cake and some ice cream along with it. I would definitly classify this game as one of the most enjoyable First Person Shooters out there. No, no nukes so far, but IT'S STILL AWESOME. Absolutely fantastic.
Ranking: 5
Other: It innovates a lot, I think. Equipment is unique as anything. Everything is fun to use and works. Using defibulators is fun, using power tools is fun as well, and everything works as you would expect. Should any of you gamers have an Xbox 260/ PS3, get it.
