Here's how it will work.

Rules:
1. You must claim a character. Make sure you're honest about winning every match. No fake stuff.
2. You will be able to claim one character only. Make sure you're ready, and comment fast!!

Make sure you put your brawl nickname, character, and other things when challenging others.

4. You can only challenge the person ahead of you. You cannot skip. You have to challenge the person who has the next rank ahead of you.
5. The only rule when you brawl, is having the items off. The match will not count.

I will allow the arrangements to go through mail when you brawl, just let me know who wins. BE HONEST. Or else I will, suspend you, and you will not be able to move a rank for a week. Now....
