I recently beat the main story so why not make a review? Grimoire of the Rift is the DS sequel for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

Plot:
7/10
The story goes around a guy named Luso Clemens and a book called the Grimoire, which teleported Luso in a fantasy world of Ivalice. Luso made some friends, beat up some bad guys, and beat up another person who has a Grimoire.

Gameplay:
8/10
It's like chess. You got a board, some people, magic, swords, and of course laws that annoy you by restricting some actions but you get bonus rewards for following them.

Graphics:
7/10
The graphics are good especially if you cast magic. Try getting the Ultima Weapons and see what I mean.

Overall:
8/10
A great game I would play in the bathroom to pass the time.
