I go to Racette Junior High. We have 2 music concerts every year. The Spring concert was last night. First, our teach, Mr Levasseur, said us sixes were the best he's had in 20 years! We then played Strike force (from Drumline). 6-7-8-9 all played. EPICNESS! Not 1 squeak was heard.
In case you didn't know, our shool has the most amazing music program. It has over 200 kids. 200 KIDS! We are the best in our province, maybe the best in our country. our teach is Mr Levasseur. He loves making fun of barbies. We even made a rhyme for bass clef. Good Barbies Don't Fall Apart (GBDFA) I helped him with that.
You could say our school is kinda wierd because we have sixes as well as sevens eights and nines. I have a wierd town. We are also the first town with a UFO landing pad. Go figure.
We have many instrument choices. For one, we have clarinet. (Very hard to play scale in eigths. Squeaky noobs 6s. ALWAYS girls) Flutes( Flippin showoffs who's scale is easy as pie. girls) Alto sax( Simple but effective. "Special" kids are put on these. Unless it's a second instrument. Then they are skillsy. Variety) Tenor sax( always guys. ALWAYS. bass) trumpet ( lead "singers" of the band. super easy scale. Only three buttons. Variety) Bass guitar and trombone ( the guys who make it sound good.Kinda hard scale for trombone. Guys)
Back to the concert. Next is Don't stop Believing by Journey. 7-8-9. We sixes can play it easy but Levasseur said no. Played very well. Next is Renee's song. ( Renee is a special needs kid. She is in a wheelchair and can't talk. She is VERY expressive though. We love her) AKA Hung Up by Madonna. 7-8-9. We can't exactly play that but we try. The band played amazing! Anyways, gtg. Sorry.
