If I were admin, I'd find it difficult. I don't feel like I'm ready. At any rate I really don't want to become admin unless needed by Hull. Admin jobs is a chore, and I don't do chores(yes, I'm lazy in real life). Unless I found something I really like, I'm not going to be there. So here's the moral. Unless you're confident, your dream will go out of reach.
