Xan keeps running non-stop. But immediatly comes to a hault. "Grrr I need to help him!He could need my help!" Xan runs back torward the forest. Slowly and carefully silent Xan hides behind a tree searching for any signs of Ark or the creatures. Then he sees Ark. He's lying on the ground injured with one of the creatures infront of him. The other creatures had died and disappered through the shadows. " Ugh. No! I won't tell you where he is you fiend!"Ark yelled. In a ghostly voice the thing said ,"Tell me where Moon is you creten! Grrr you're of no use if you won't tell me!" The thing took Ark's sword and was ready to cut his head off. Xan confused thought "Damn! What do I do!? Who's Moon!?" Then Xan filled up with courage and strength. He was full of some kind of power. With his strength and speed he dashed to the beast and held its arm. The beast's eyes grew with terror and shrieked. With some massive amount of power Xan pierces the beast's chest with a bright light. The spy shrieked and disappears into darkness. Ark with a surprised look said "H-how did you do that!?" Xan confused said "I don't know. I just felt so much strength and attacked it somehow." Ark said"Wait! Your the Chosen One! In a book that I read it said that a boy with powers of light will stop the Cursed and bring peace to the land!" Xan was now even more confused. " But this makes no sense. I'm just an orphan. And I was never chosen for anything." Xan said. Ark replied ,"Well now your chosen bub. And now for a great cause." Xan said ," Ok but first you have to give me some answers. Who is Moon and the Rouges? What was that thing that we just fought?" Ark answered "Moon is the leader of the Rouges. He is said to be a tough foe to beat in a battle too. The Rouges are an organization who fights on no one's side but does it for peace. The thing that you killed was called a "Vec". In other words a crappy spy for the Cursed."
