Cling! Clong!
Cling! Clong!
The clock struck twelve at midnight.
Everything's dark,no morning light.
Daylight creatures lie to sleep
Wolves cry out,howl and weep
Owls making noises all night long
Nocturnal creatures are making a song
No bright colours can be seen
No bright yellows or a hint of green
The only brightness is the stars and the moon
But it will be gone when day comes soon
For many daylight creatures...it's hard to see
That's why at night,they can't roam free
Soon the darkest hour will go away
It will leave when it is day
When daylight comes, there will be light
Everything will become shining bright
The nocturnals will go to sleep
No scary creature will wander and creep
But as some time pass
The daylight won't last
The night will paint the sky black every day
So night creatures can wake up and play
Day creatures get to play too but only at the day
Nightime will never die
At daylight,it hides like it's very shy
The darkest hour will always come at night
The part of nightime where there's barely light
