I got up and took the notebook. Zhe gasped, I walked over to Chris. I pulled him close and made a mad face. He smiled and laughed.
"I could get used to this."
"What the heck is this? Huh?"
I showes him the notebook.
"That's Kristin's notebook with the time our date is tonight."
I looked at Kristin and she had a confused expression written across her face. I felt stupid.
"Oh...uh sorry."
I let go of him and walked back over to Kristin, she took her notebook and said,
"Why did you do that?"
"Uh...I'm just a little confused today."
"Oh...okay."
The day passed by so slow, all I could think about was that phone call...soon it was time to go home. I started walking home. I heard footsteps behind me. I stopped and turned around. I heard them in front of me. I turned back around and smiled, it was James,
"So what's up?"
He took my hand and we started walking.
"Um...n-nothing."
"Why are you so tense?"
"Me tense?"
"Yes you."
"Oh. No reason."
I laughed lightly. We came to my house and he kissed me then said,
"Bye."
"Bye."
I walked inside and into the livingroom, my mom and dad were kissing.
"Eww. Gross."
They looked at me and laughed.
"I'm going out tonight."
I started to walk up the stairs and my dad stopped me halfway.
"Wait one second young lady."
"Uh...yeah Daddy?"
"Where to?"
"Kristin's house."
"Oh. Okay."
I ran upstairs and opened my bedroom door, there was a box on my bed. Hmm. What could this be? I picked up the box and opened it, there was a note-
