Okay, just to start of is that I never played a DoA game. So going to this game felt new to me.
Gameplay:
Okay this game's fighting is basic, but yet still fun. You get 7 modes. And the online has very few lags. There is also a lot of replay value in it.
Graphics:
They look very good for the 3DS, it is very flashy. Without the 3D on it's 60 frames, but with it on it's 30. Even with that the looks great.
Sound:
The music isn't that great, but it's alright.
Final verdict:
The game is really good, and it's best fighting game the 3DS. It has alot of repaly value, and fun gameplay.
