The Pug, they hide a big dog in a small body. They've also been referred to by the names "Mops" & "Carlin". They can & will suck you in with their intelligent charm.

Pugs are quite compact & muscular weighing only 14-18 lb (6.5-8 kg) & stnding at a height of only 10-11 in (25-28 cm). They have large foreheads with deep wrinkles & their faces have black masks. Their coats are fine, smooth, & short, & come in only 3 colors: Apricot-Fawn, Silver, or Black. Shockingly quick for dogs so stocky, they haveva gaitthat's strng with a slight roll about the hind quarters. They need minimal exercise & minimal coat care, though the wrinkles do need thorough, daily care to prevent infection.

•Obesity is a problem that's too easy to come by.
