There's one thing that both pleasures me AND bothers me. If you're going to buy this, you better be prepared to DO IT YOURSELF. The pre-made microgames are simply not as engaging as other WarioWare titles, and there aren't that many either. If you have online, and some creative thoughts going through your head, then here's your game. My main problem with the structuring the microgames is the fact that tapping on objects is all you do. No rubbing or quick strokes. Luckily, there is online. Although I have not tried it yet, I can tell you that sharing and downloading Microgames will be a snap.
But I'm getting off topic. How good is the game creation? Well, it's simple, the graphics and music creator is fantastic, it's easy enough to assmeble, but the AI creator is a little lacking. I find myself wishing that it was just a tad more complex, or there was an advanced mode, like Flipnote Studio. All-in-all, you can make some pretty stunning creations. They might knock your socks off, but they won't blow your mind.
Finally, I find the graphics on menus and cutscenes to be a little too simple. They were going for a "different" look, but it's like YOU could draw better. The game is good, but it just seems a little rushed, in need of some polish here and there.
Overall, I reccomend the game to all game developer wannabe's like me. For the others, it might be in your best intrests to steer clear of this one.
