I know this is a bit short,but I bet it will be very helpfull.

1.How to create a WAP website:
Go to wapka.mobi
2.Create an account there
3.Once you get into your blank page,click the "Edit Site" button.
4.Choose from the variety of things to add,fill out the rest and it should be put into your site nicely preset.

If you want a Register page on your site,go to the page you want the link on,click the Edit Site button,and scroll down to XHTML Code.Once there,enter in the first box:

<a href=":url-reg-0:">Register</a>

That should give you a nice Register page.If you don't want it to say Register,you can edit the >Register< part to anything you want,eg. >Sign Up<

Hooray! Now you have a website!
