----Sales----

So! it has been a few weeks since the 3DS price drop, you might be wondering if that price drop's effect was just for a few days or if it really worked. Well, according to my sources the explosive sales increase has not stopped (but has lowered). Japan sales have lowered since the first week after the price drop, in the first days the 3DS sold 200 Units (in 3 days approximately), the next week it sold (approx) 100 units, then (approx) 80 and now 61. In comparison to other devices, it sold 2x more than the PSP in the same period (which has the 3rd place in hardware sales) and sold slightly less than 2x the number of PS3's sold in the same period (ranking 2nd), taking in consideration the PS3 had a price drop followed by strong software launch (Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD) and the PSP had new considerable software as well (Black * Rock Shooter: The Game) the 3DS is doing pretty well, and without any big software release. In America it sold more than 100k for the 3rd week now, and European sales have been higher than 60k since the price drop. (83k this week), software sales were very high for the first weeks after the price drop but now have lowered. Mario kart 7 pre-orders are still increasing for a good time now in several retailers across USA, and Flame Red 3DS pre-orders are in the same situation, expect some increase in sales!

Wow! how many polygons are there? These aren't PS3 graphics but i will be very happy to play that in 3D!

----Announcements----

Activision announced "NASCAR: Unleashed", For Wii, PS3, xbox 360 and 3DS!, they didn't announce details on what will be exclusive for the portable version but i (and a lot of gamers) hope this will be a very nice racing game, to make up for Asphalt 3D and Ridge Racer 3D disappointments.

And...Talking about racing, just to remember you, if you are a racing games fan, craving for a decent racing game for your 3DS, NASCAR won't be the only option, and if you don't like it don't worry because Need For Speed: The Run will also be on the 3DS. Yup, Nintendo will be holding an event 13 september in Tokyo, and no..unlike rumors are saying they probably won't announce some "3DS lite" as that would be a insane move, they just dropped the 3DS price, its doing well so whats the point of another version? But the paradox shows up here should we or shouldn't we trust rumors?...as rumors are also pointing out something that has a very high possibility of happening, they are saying nintendo is going to announce some kind of "2nd slide-pad" attachment or something, sure, that would be cool but how it will work? No idea. One thing is sure, as nintendo will be streaming that event they call Nintendo 3DS Conference 2011" the page (which is fully in Japanese) apparently says "Nintendo 3DS new product announcement.", the link for the conference is Here but if you don't speak japanese just mute your computer and watch.
