Here's a tip on how to level up all the way to level 100! [or level STAR]
Go to the chapter "Another Day"
Head on off to Shibu-Q Heads
Equip the following pins:
Tin Pin Thrift
Boomer
Walk On, Walk Off
Any healing pin
The rest are up to you.
Next, switch your partner to Joshua. Give him items that only increase his ATK, and during the battles give him foods that do the same.
Now, set your level to 1.
Scan the area, and ONLY fight the big elephant-shaped Noise symbols [chain them for more EXP]
Inside these symbols will be Drakes [really big birds]
Now, during each battle...
Neku must avoid damage at all costs, because "Tin Pin Thrift" cuts HP, but earns you more EXP. Avoiding damage is easy, because "Walk On, Walk Off" let's you move around while intangible. And "Boomer" let's you teleport-attack the Noise. Also, the Drake has a devestating fire breath attack that will kill you in one hit, so avoid that. Always keep yourself healed, and don't bite off more than you can chew.
While Neku's doing that, Joshua's role is the easiest. KEEP HIM IN THE AIR. I can't stress this enough. At the beggining of the battle, just press ↑ on the D-Pad [or X for leftys], because then he'll stay floating in the air. Now just keep holding the D-Pad [or face button] in the direction of the Drake. Doing this, the Drake will continuously take damage, while being unable to reach Joshua.
Keep doing this until you're level 100, then set out for those secret reports! [it'll be much easier]
