While searching for the latest version of Google Chrome because Internet Explorer has not been working for me all to well, I also stumbled upon the latest verion of the Opera browser. As I read up on it and was pleased to what it had to offer, I downloaded it.
I am glad that I had downloaded it, and I even reccomend it as it is one of the fastest browsers I have used.

The design of the browser is appealing even considering the fact that many others do not like the idea of having their tabs at the top and you can stack tabs, not all to hard, just drag the one tab over top of the other and drop it so you can save space if you have multiple tabs ope at once. Not very hard to navigate as pretty much everything is in the one spot of which you toggle to be visable or not at the left-most bottom part of the window. There's many widgets you can download rangeing from usefull ones or just a simple one to amuse yourself, like basketball or a radio widget (They are all user made, mostly). There's the skins (User made too, and you can create your own. Same with the widgets) that you can apply onto your browser in return makeing it look different from icons to colors.

In case your wi-fi is running slow or it went down and you are useing a random access-point, you can toggle the Opera Turbo feature on. It compresses the page to save load time too make it load faster, pretty simple. If your wi-fi or internet access point is running fast it wont be on, as in the sense of when it is slow, it will automattically turn on so you don't have too.

It works on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 and quite well, also you can download it if your OS is Mac or Linux too. If you would like some extra speed when browsing the web then you can toggle your on-demand plug-ins, as they claim will make the web page load up to near 30% faster. Sounds reasonable? It allows you the choice to only use plug-ins when needed practically.
It currently is the fifth most used browser in the world, and considering it doesn't have a major/big corperation backing it up like Firefox, it is decent browser that had big changes from their last version.
The file size isn't that big at 9.83MB. When I looked at it in my system after I downloaded it, it actually takes up 33.67 MB of space. The graphics of every the web page are re-fined and smooth considerably, using Operas' high-performance Vega graphics library. There's support from the browser for HTML5 and CSS3, because of the new Opera Presto rendering engine.
