DSiExtensions (DSE) has two main updates:
1. Each user now has a mailbox to send mail to other members. The mail will be moderated if people complain about spam or misuse.

2. I have created, not copied or whatever people do with shoutboxes, a chatroom. This already has admins and members will be promoted as needed.

Both these updates are in beta, meaning they are not finalised, so some minor changes may be made.
