Everyday I scroll the blogs and read them or if I really want to; I comment. I seen this particular blog and decided to read up on it. I read the blog and read all the comments that came a long with it...I thought that the comments just pulled out people's ignorance, BUT that's besides the Point. I'm hear to rant about discrimination. Not just race, but for sex, Age, Religion and Political Status. You see, I really dislike when I see some one in the blogs talk about how bad [blah] religion is, or how muslims hate Christians.

Just listen to yourself...if the tables were turned and your religious belief was being BASHED everyday, AND you have to deal with people watching you or looking at you weird how would you feel?

There's a Student at my school named, Mustafa. He's one of my bestfriends. On the FIRST day he came to school, One student said he didn't want to be in our homeroom because he didn't want to be blown up. Mustafa didn't even yell, scream, or curse, He ignored him and moved on. I hear people say that all Muslims hate Christians, or the US is in the State it is now because of Muslims; or post Disturbing links on there facebook profile about Muslims. I can tell you this for a fact that all Muslims aren't like that. 2 of my ONLY male friends in Real life are Muslims and they treat me the same, We're all human it should not MATTER what your beliefs are. Enough of the Religion rant, I'm moving on.

Lol Yes, Racism still exists. EVERYWHERE. When I walk out the house or when I am in Public, people stare at me and my Mom/Grandma. They do this because I have VERY light skin, and my mom is fully African-American. What ticked me off the most, is when this woman walked up to my Grandmother and asked her does she Nanny other Children like me. [I'm going to stop talking about this because I'm getting very upset, and I don't want to get banned today -_-]

Basicly what I'm trying to say is look at everything in different angles. Don't jump straight into conclusions...In the end it won't help you at all.

Please comment your thoughts. Any thing bashing Muslims, Christians or any type of Religion or Non Religions will be deleted. If you even attempt to start a non-healthy argument I'm deleting your post on the spot...Please don't post your negative thoughts, Like my teacher always says, Keep it nice or netrual.

Anyway, straying from the point.

The Templars are not good examples of Christians. Fact is, anybody can say they are a Christian, say all the right things, do the right things, but that does not make then a true believer.
Granted everybody does bad things, nobody is perfect. Nobody. But I think you will know a true Christian from a nominal Christian when you see one.
The ones that stand up for their faith in a meek and mild, Godly manner, the ones that bear the fruits of the spirit, (peace, love, hope, faith, charity, etc)
There's just a huge difference, and anybody can see it.


As opposed to the sword-wielding, red-cross bearing ones, yes, I suppose there is a difference.

At the same time though, I hate when people misinterpret something as racism. I mean, even on this blog someone posted earlier saying they were sickened by people "talking about blacks and whites."

I even made a blog about this a while ago, it's not racism unless someone is BEING MEAN to someone else BECAUSE of their race. Anything else is not racism.

At the same time though, I don't mind racist jokes. There are plenty of jokes at the expense of practically every category of people in the world, so I don't see why racist jokes are abhorred so much.

They're no worse than, say, blonde jokes.

I don't judge religions, i judge how seriosly people take their religion...

There is something called Fe, and other called Fanatism.
I bash fanatist's strongly, those people are the ones preaching all the time, or the idiots who bring religion to every argument.

I have so much fun asking my Mexican buddy if he needs some tutoring for the naturalization exam. I even called him once and identified myself as "Mr. Johnson from the Immigration and Naturalization Services". Just today, we were arguing about how to spell lavoratory, and I said "Why should you think you know more about English than me anyways? You just hopped over the border Tuesday!"
Good times. :')

But I make sure that what we do doesn't go beyond joking and nobody gets offended. That's where the wrong lays, when someone takes offense.

we need everyone to forget this crap that happened years ago. everyone is the same. we need to stop blaming people. maybe it is that race. still treat them as you would treat everyone else. if they commit a crime, ok. arrest them. Cold blooded murderers dont all come from one place.

I think this is the right time to say this.

You may have seen on the TV about Australians bashing indians and taxi drivers, well, don't call us racist. It's terrible that people around the world would stereotype an entire country when the people that are racist are only a small minority.

Also, we don't have kangaroos in our backyards, only in Alice Springs.

The word "Ignorant" seems to be all the rage. Everyone is ignorant, no one has perfect views on everything. It seems like I see that word every-time there is a disagreement. Getting kinda old.

even joking about it is mean... sometimes, everyone at my school jokes about my friend humza being a terrorist, but even he jokes about it so its ok. i hate discrimination, its just idiotic.

What I hate, and I think is often overlooked by people freaking out over racism and sexism, is ageism.

When I meet someone I treat them as an equal, at least to begin with (if they go on to prove they're a moron then that's different). I try to be as non-judgemental as possible, and I expect the same in return. Yet day after day I argue with my mum (an extremely frustrating person to argue with down to her hypocrisy and lack of logic), and the majority of the time my argument makes a lot more logical sense. If she weren't so ageist she may listen to my arguments, but she seems to meander under the belief that it's impossible for any child to outsmart any adult.

As a result, she shrugs off all my logical, well-thought ideas with "You're just being arrogant/bigheaded," and "You're being really rude." Then she goes on to ban my pocket money. She even literally says "You're a child, I'm an adult, I'm right." That implies that if an adult says the same things as me, she'd pay THEM attention.

That's right, being smarter than an adult and having free will is now rude...
