1st Amendmet:(A)Guarantees our right to worship as we please, or not to have a religion if we prefer; (B) guarantees freedom of speech and of the press; (C) guarantees our right to petition government officials with our protests or opinions.

2nd Amendment:Protects our right to keep and bear arms.

3rd Amendment:Protects our right not to have to keep soldiers in our homes, exept in times of war when laws must be passed if this is to be allowed.

4th Amendment:Limits the conditions under which the police may search our homes and seize evidence and people.

5th amendment:(a) Protects our right not to have to stand trial for a serious offense unless a grand jury has voted an indictment; (B) protects us from being tried twice for the same crime; (C) protects us from having to testify against ourselves; (D) protects us from losing life, freedom, or property without due process of law; (E) protects us from having property taken away for public use without being paid a fair price for it.

6th Amendment:Guarantees the right to a fast and public trial with the crime one is accused of well defined.

7th Amendment:Guarantees our right to a jury trial in all disputes about propety over $20.

8th Amendment: Protects us from cruel and unusual punishment and from fines and bail charges greater than the crime warrants.

9th Amendment:Gives to the people all rights not specifically mentioned or listed in the Constitution.

10th Amendment: Reserves for the states or the people all rights not givin to the federal government.
