Admin Voting Day(or Ad /avd). This will solve lot's of problems. a special day in a certain week we all get a whole day to vote for a new admin and to get rid of one. It will stop mean admin complaints and itt's fair/ its a site decision. But, you can only vote once plus even if a certain person gets a certain amount of votes doesn't mean they get to be an admin they have to have either a very powerful admin(like savant,jabinator etc.) or Hullbreach.
