Action Verbs
No matter who you are, you know what these are. They show action.
Verb Activity(I can't believe I'm doing this!)
Observe the verbs around you. List the verbs you see.

Type
Breathe
Scold
Panic
Smile
Yelp
Misrepresent
Now, action verbs are really helpful, but you can't have a good paragraph—or sentance—with out the next time of verb;
Helping Verbs
Helping Verbs help the main verb. Helping Verbs are mainly the same words as linking verbs, but they are different. Okay an example:
Christopher would be jumping on the trampoline later.
"Would" and "be" are your helping verbs. The main verb is "jumping". Would and be help jumping. The main verb is always a action verb.
