"Who was killed?" Sexyboy asked
"Sexychic was apparently murdered in this room"
"NOOOOOOOOO!" yelled Sexyboy. "I might know who did it actually."
"Who?"
"I think it was Emogurl. You see, at the party, they had an argument about this vampire battle they did last week."
"I see" replied Elda "That gives use a headstart in our case."
Elda observed the room and noticed a set of bloody footprints. Also, he noticed a small but conspicuous object. On examination, he noticed a faint drop of blood. As he swabbed the blood he looked up and noticed a blood spray continuing from the wall to the ceiling.
"She must of been hit twice. By a male." remarked Elda. "What makes you say that?"
"A male would have enough strength to cause bleeding with a snooker cue but a woman wouldn't."
"Sharp thinking Elda." replied Cody "But look at these bloodied fingerprints on the door."
"Definitely female." said Elda after meticulously examining the fingerprint."
"Of course!" said Elda
"What is it? Wait, I know. If we had two murderers, that would explain the two sexes." said Cody.
"I was thinking that the murderer didn't quite kill her. He left her to die." said Elda.
After returning to the lab the results were surprising. You see, it turned out the snooker cue recovered at the crime scene was not the murder weapon. In fact, on analysis, the skull had fractured a bit so the weapon could of been anything. The bloodied fingerprint matched up to Emogurl who was previously convicted of murder. Additionally, the victim had scratched her and the DNA under the victim's fingernails proved it. The bloodied shoeprints also belonged to Emogurl. "Right, I think we have enough evidence to prosecute Emogurl now."
"Let's do this!" said Cody eagerly.
