"Yes,but the technology they use is amazing. We haven't even thought of it."
"Fine.I'm leaving the hanger.Can't talk anymore."
Izen shut off the link and walked out of the hanger.The skies were filled with ships and alien mechs.
"Lieutenant Izen!We need your assistance.These mechs are unreal!"
The field was covered in gunfire.The alien mechs were dark black and extremely agile.Izen closed his eyes and breathed slowly,concentrating on the battle.When he opened his eyes,he was focused on the first enemy in his sight.His blade moved swiftly and struck the mech,cutting it and wounding it.A soldier ran up beside Izen and struck the enemy in the chest,sending it to the ground.Cannon fire shot down from the ships and killed a hand full of soldiers.Mechs managed to explode all around Izen.A loud humming sound came from the lead mech ship and it opened up,revealing a mass horde of mechs.They all dropped at once and spread out,taking out as many soldiers as possible.Izen flurried many of the enemy mechs and severed them,killing them in their tracks.His mech got sent stumbling backwards from enemy fire.Another soldier ran up beside Izen and partnered up with him.Alondro looked over at Izen.
"Hey Lieutenant.Sorry for earlier.I thought you might need the big guns."
"Well,thanks."
More enemy mechs went down in the next few seconds.Across the field,swords were flying and mechs were exploding.From afar it looked like Roy going crazy.Izen spun and severed the legs off of one of the mechs.Several missiles shot down from the sky, and struck the base and the surrounding area.The explosion sent part of the base crumbling inward.Izen quickly turned around to look and ended up leaving Alondro by himself with several of the enemy mechs.Alondro yelled and fired his guns at the mechs,hitting a quarter of the mechs that targeted him.
"Guard the base!I got these guys!"
