Ingredients: (Makes about 20 cookies) 1/2 cup of soft flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 small egg, 7 tablespoons of butter
1) Soften the butter at room tempurature, and crush it with a wooden spoon. Add sugar and stir more.
2) Add egg and Mix
3) Sieve the flour into mix and stir. It is ready when the white flour chunks are gone.
4) Wrap the mix in Saran wrap and put it in the refridgerator for more than 30 minutes.
5) Pour some flour on the board, and put the mix from step 4 onto it. Flatten it with a rolling pin.
6) Cut out pieces using cookie cutters
7) Lay out pieces on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Bake in oven at 350°F for 12-13 minutes. After It is baked, let cool.
