1) Leave the butter at room tempurature to soften it. In a bowl, whisk the butter with a wooden spoon.
2) Sift other ingredients into a seperate bowl. Add it to the first bowl. Make sure it's a little moist.
3) Roll the dough into balls about 3cm in diameter. If you take some dough and squeeze it into your fist, and then roll it with both of your hands it will come out good.
4) Place the balls on a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet. Make sure to space them 3-4cm apart. Bake in oven at 350°F for 15minutes.
5) When it's done, take it out of the oven and cool.
