When introducing yourself for the first time you use "hajimemash¡te" which can be translated to "how do you do" or " we start or relationship" . Then you say "watashi wa (your name) desu" which is "I am (name)". Last you end it with "yoroshiku onegaishimasu" which is translated to "pleased to meet you" or "please treat me kindly". You put it all together and you have and introduction.
