From the title of this blog, I'm sure you've all already figured out exactly what I'll be writing about today.
Yes, that's completely right; being a better person.

We all have a sort of waste in us which when kept inside for too long makes us uncomfortable, causing us to wriggle and writhe, leading us to embarrassing scenes and such.

The waste of your soul, your essence or whatever else you might want to call it, is that bad feeling that builds up inside you and makes your insides feel as though they're being twisted and turned.

A person needs to take things into their soul or mind such as ideas and emotions in order to grow and function. It's when your soul has used up whatever tasty thing you've taken in that waste is produced.

Holding it in is unhealthy(for your mind, that is) and so you need to void yourself of this waste. Because this waste is no good for anyone and can really stink up life for whoevers around, it's important to rid yourself of your waste in peace and quiet in a safe and private place.(like a bathroom maybe)
Leaving your waste out in public is very rude and you may get caught. The law doesn't take kindly to people excreting their problems in public. It can get violent if you have too much waste.

Just sit yourself atop the seat of self-improvement, close your eyes and relax, and though you may have to strain yourself to get it all out alright the feeling of relief afterward is worthwhile. Be sure to take in plenty of fiberous ideas and emotions because constipation of the soul is no good. And don't forget to flush that waste down the pipes of selfassurance or else it'll just sit there and fester.
