Ok so ived been going back to my old game Pokemon Emerald And im Gonna tell you! some Legit Glitches no A.R needed

1)How to get the Regis
First things first u need a pokemon with the Move Dig.
Then go to the cave with alk the dots[i will provide name later]
u need the move dive to get there.
Use dig againts the top middle wall
keep going up nd click the wall. there will be an Earthquake.

2)How to get Shedinja
First up You need 4 random pokemon in ur party
Catch a Nincada
Train it till lv 20 when it evolves. in ur final spot there will be a Shedinja lv20 with Wonder Guard
