I've decided to make a backstory for my RP character Xyono, and why he's here on Earth.

As the suns rose in the sky, Xyono watched, with little interest. Tomorrow he was supposed to explore the new moon, but due to 'vehicle incapability', he was banned from the exploration squad. He sighed, and went back to repairing his starfighter.
The Retaliation, his ship, was one of the best hand-built ships on Kpleth, his planet. Other pre-created models were faster, but they were much more expensive, and didn't include the features that the Retaliation had.
That was also why he was repairing it.
The zorg-drive had overheated, deactivating the energy shields and preventing atmosphere contact. Xyono had a helmet for breathing on the surface, but entering space was impossible.
As he welded the last screw into place, he had a thought. What if he explored it first? The crew wasn't leaving until tomorrow. He would have plenty of time to get there.
After considering that thought for a moment, he stepped into the cockpit, turned the engines on, and then flew away from the repair station, into space.
