The spear sailed through the air and punctured the tower, leaving Ares a grabbing point. He sailed towards the spear and grabbed hold of it, causing it to snap and slow his decent. While he was falling, he chucked the end of the spear and looked down. He rolled on the ground, lessenging the fall, and gt back up.
Erebos ran into a building and saw a family quickly trying to escape. He brought his sword down on a family member and cut him in half. The body hit the floor instantly. He pulled back and killed off the rest of the family.
Erebos left the building and looked down the stone path. Ionian soldiers were shooting arrows high into the sky. The arrows caught on fire , lighting up the sky. He backed up behind a building and pressed his hands against the wall. Seconds later, the soldiers screamed and the arrows faded. He turned the corner and saw a black figure with darkness rolling off of it. It had slaughtered the soldiers, turning, and approaching Ares. The figure put its weapons away and faded into Erebos' hands. He stared at his hands for a moment and continued fighting. A large bridge sat further ahead and fighting was taking place on it. Athena fell from the sky, plowing her blade into the Ionian skulls. She pulled the blade out and spun, holding her blade straight out. She cut down the group of soldiers and threw them over the bridge. They splashed in the water and it filled with blood. Athena looked around and jumped over the bridge, landing in the water.
The arrows suddenly stopped and Erebos continued moving. An arrow shot through the sky and pierced his right shoulder. His arm grew numb as blood dripped down it. Erebos picked up a javelin and chucked it at the archer, stabbing it the chest and knocking it off the roof of a building. He grabbed the arrow and nudged it, trying to remove it. It released and he pulled it out of his flesh.
