Hey guys, Crymson here. No, this isn't another parody blog, though i am working on a Bohemian Rhapsody one, hopefully going to finish that one soon. 

But thats besides the point of THIS particular blog. Now I know HullBreach has been making many site changes as of late, but instead of flooding the HelpDesk with my ideas for new features, I just figured I would write a blog. A blog that EVERYONE can comment on, not just HelpDesk Admins. So here are some things I think would help improve the site:

•A block feature. I know we all want this. Don't you get tired of someone you don't like, and who doesn't like you, commenting on your blogs? Well, what if we could block them from doing so? The only people able to comment would be Overlords and Admins. I know that we can now set our profiles to private, and only friends can comment, but that has no affect on blogs. I think this will limit fights on blog comments. 

•The ability to request someone's painting as your own avatar image. Have you ever had someone like Cosmic or EpicArtifex draw a picture for you?  Well how about a feature where you can look at their paintings and if you see one you like, you can request it as your own avatar. A notification could then be sent to the artist that their picture has been chosen by another user, at which point they can either approve or deny the request. Upon approval, the image would transfer to the requesters album with a tag saying "Painting by EpicArtifex" or whoever the artist is. Or upon denial the requester will receive a notification saying it was denied. This would limit the amount of users giving out their passwords so someone can paint on their album.

• There should be a Profile Admin page like there is for blogs. At the bottom of ever profile Bio there should be a "Report Biography" Button. If there is profanity, sexual content or any content of an inappropriate nature, should be reported by clicking the "Report Biography" button. The Report would then be logged into the admin page for review. Same with comments and Blogs. There should be a "Report" button for them as well. Instead of a user trying to locate a profilemin or blogmin and the person responsible going unpunished. What do you guys think? Let me know if ANYTHING is unclear.

• Being a Pollster, sometimes it gets redundant accepting and declining duplicate polls. I believe the polls need to be categorized, much like the HelpDesk questions. That way members can check each category to see if their specific poll has already been submitted by other users. Sometimes I can't tell which polls have been submitted before. Because there are always so many submitted in one day, and most have already been accepted. This idea would minimize duplicates and also assist in more votes to older polls that were most likely unseen due to the mass amount submitted.

• Ok I know this will help many people. Being a Savii Admin I get reports of inappropriate Saviis. I am suggesting a Search Feature in the Savii Gallery. When I get a report about a user having an inappropriate Savii, I find it very time consuming to go through pages and pages of Saviis to find this ONE Savii. To make it easier for us, at the top there should be a Search option to search Saviis by creator. That way we can locate the offending Savii, delete it and then issue a ban if needed.

• During account registration, there should be an option to select if you have siblings or family members registered to your IP. Like, a drop box with a simple "yes" or "no" located next to "Do you have any siblings or family members registered with DSiPaint?". The user would select yes. Below that you should have to write down the accounts of your family members on this site. That way SavantBot can be programmed to avoid those accounts in an IP trace before banning. Yes I do realize this may assist in aiding other people to attempt to avoid bans by alt making, I just feel that an option on an IP ban would help cut down on the begging and pleading for kids who want to come here and chat, but can't due to their siblings punishment for breaking the rules.

• How many of you guys get tired of typing /avatar? I know I do. What would you think of an avatar that stays permanently? Instead of typing it every time you go in a Chatroom, what if it stays on there until you change it? Meaning, you go into the Chatroom, choose an avatar, and then even after you leave the image stays on your name for when you return. If you want to change it later on, you can! With the same command as before, and that new avatar is now  attached to your name.

• Here's another topic that, I'm sure, everyone has suggested. Mail Folders. Say you receive a message or messages that you don't want to delete, how would you like to save it? Or how many of you have accidentally deleted a message that you meant to keep? We should have a "Save" button in the message, next to the "Delete" and "Re:/FWD" button. That way you can revisit the message later, and your inbox isn't flooded with old messages.. Like mine is, lol.

• I think there should be an alert to the Admin answering HelpDesk questions.

Say you answer a question on the HelpDesk, and then the user who posted it responds. There should be an alert sent to that specific Admin stating that a response was added. Much like the user gets when an Admin comments. This would allow us to respond to users more quickly, and would remove the tedious task of searching through the HelpDesk for questions we have answered, to see if they were responded to.

• I noticed the "Allow Comments" option on the blogs now. How about if when you disable comments, you get an alert. An alert telling you someone commented but it has been sent to you for approval. Something like "Asparagus has commented on your blog!" You click the alert and it takes you to the comment. At the bottom of said comment you have an "Accept" which will post the comment for everyone else to see, or a "Decline" which will remove the comment all together.

Well, this is all the ideas I can think of at the moment. When I think of more, I will update this blog. But for now I must bid you all a farewell, and look forward to your comments, opinions, an even ideas of your own.
