Powers:=Kobalt has massive control over a super strong metal alloy. He is as strong if not stronger than his organic metal, only in his metallic state. His metallic state is where Kobalt coats himself in metal. He can also levitate his own metal. So, if he were to wrap a car in his metal he could levitate it and throw it like paper. XD As you can assume by now he can grow and form any object that he can imagine.

Background= Kobalt (real name Zack) was sent to a prison for altered humans. He, like many others, was altered by The Flash. An alien ship floated in the sky one New Year's Eve. Of coarse our over confident government shot it down. It exploded and shrouded the world in a white purple light that set in place the possible end of the world as we know it. He was later recruited as a part of a millitary strike force. The team seperated, and he has been free lancing ever since.
