Species= Banshee/Arch Angel [Uriel's son, (See Jet Fangs RP OC #23)]
Powers= He is mastery level over atmospheric pressure. Also under extreme conditions he becomes a demon with complete control over sound similar to a Titan. He can fly, hence the ivory wings.
Weapons= A mace handed to him by ares himself to keep mortals from rising to power. He soon betrays the God of Wars contract. He then uses Impeachment (the mace) to best the god and reduces him to nothing but a dormant body awaiting to be awakened to exact his revenge upon tempest.
Appearance= Tempest looks like your average angel. He has golden–blonde hair that flows out in tufts. Also, Tempest has the muscular build of a lifetime body builder, flawless skin, and eyes of fog that will drive any female to their knees. Tempest always wears a neon–blue tunic with black trim.
Appearance#2= Demon version: 10ft. tall bat-like giant, with leathery-black wings, and pirch black eyes. He has dark red skin, and silver armor. Gifted from his mother. Demon Tempest also has claws of bronze that tear throungh the sound barrier.
