Powers: If it has matter Plasma can change it. He can change any state of matter by speeding up atoms or slowing them down. He usually uses the air super heated in a plasma state as energy. Plasma does this to the area around his fists in a footlong blade shape. Plasma can also shoot bolts of plasma. He can also move as fast as matter in plasma state does. Which is reaaaalllly fast. The only reason he is not GM is that he is restricted to only non biological things so far. In a nutshell that means if your strolling along the sidewalk you don't need to be concered about being turned into jelly. Also Plasma is very smart due to his combined conscious with an Alien being. Sometimes the alien form reseigns from Alex's conscious, causing Plasma to go stark raving mad.
Description: Plasma's real name is Alex Rosen. for every ten years he physically ages 1 ever since he was 5 at the flash. Alex never blinks. His eyes glow a whitish purple color. Alex wears a white hoodie and cargo shorts. He has short blonde hair, and has little seen muscle mass, though he is very strong. Also he is roughly 4ft tall and only 70 lbs.
