My Grandpa died of this early this year. It had spread to his liver and started in other places too. The last thing he told me and my twin brother how much he loved us. I'm very happy that those were his last words. It's an awful cancer and a fatal one at that.

Couldn`t you replace a pancreas?
Pancreatic cancer is awful because it can be too late before you even know someone has it. I've known two people who had it, and they only lasted for a few months.
