His sister proved stable, and was discharged. While he, on the other hand, was easily angered and frightened. So he was shipped to the American branch of the LOE for further studying and housing. Twelve years later, in the American LOE meltdown of 2198, he managed to escape along with other experiments. After roaming about for quite some time. He was discovered by the Lonergang, where he had loyally aided the Katemphies. Finding, saving, and caring for a human child, Jenny Greene. And protecting the Lonergang the best he could during the migration to Canada. Where he still remains with the gang, acting as a gaurd dog and grouper.
Personality Can be very sweet, extremely loyal and protective. More of an obsessive thing. Ironically, he has a personality one would associate with a dog. Gets very violent when a loved one is harmed or in distress. And will even harbor canniballistic tedencies. (As in, he will eat other humans, not other Katemphies.)
Other Qualities Because of his collarbone, he's much slower than average Katemphies, though he makes up for this with great strength and stamina. In his past he generally had the strength of 11 average men. But due to his quick aging, he has been weakened to about 7.5 men. His incredible sense of smell gives him a literal photo-graphic memory. Though he can rarely apply his knowledge to real-life situations. 228 has am over-active metabolism, and will eat just about anything edible he can get his hands on (though he would sit and eat peanut butter sandwiches all day if you let him). His body burns off the calories way faster than normal. So he appears underweight despite his appitite. 228 has had trouble speaking properly ever since the LOE. Becasue of malformed vocal cords. Proper enunciation, and grammar are not with him. He will babble on, though. Even if he is just saying random words, that are barely understandable. Recently, with Harriet's rediscovery, it has been noticed that most of the babbling is poor Danish.
