Hey everyone, Crymson here. It's been a while since I ranted. And you know what? It's long overdue. Some people may be pissed about this, may think I'm a total witch. Or the other word. Know what? I don't care. So lets get this started, shall we?

Today while glancing at another members pictures blog I was fumed. Users bypassing in the comments. I banned 3 of them. You might see it on the banlist. Which leads me to believe that people have no common sense. Really? What makes you think that words you can't say in front of your parents are acceptable here? This is a family friendly site, so treat it as such. You want to curse? Go to Facebook, MeetMe, MySpace, whatever. Looking for a girlfriend/boyfriend? Go to eHarmony. Not here. Danny chose to build us this site. A site that people of all ages can come and discuss games and everyday life. This is not the site he had in mind. He sacrificed his time to make this for us, and it pisses me off to see all of these users abuse it.

Some of you, don't know the rules. Let me spell them out for you: NO CURSING!!! Nothing that has the F Bomb in it. Nothing about female dogs. Nothing about the word for fecal matter. NONE OF THOSE ARE ACCEPTABLE! Or can you not get it through your dumb thick skulls! The only words acceptable on this site are:

• Damn: This word is mentioned in the bible. The actual definition of this word is as follows... (in Christian belief) (of God) condemn (a person) to suffer eternal punishment in hell: "be forever damned with Lucifer". Therefor, it's accepted.

• Hell: Another word in the Bible. Hell is said to be the dwelling place of Lucifer, or Satan. God cast Lucifer from the beauty fruitful Kingdom Of Heaven into the fiery depths of Hell.

• Ass: This is actually another name for a Donkey.

• Bastard: An illegitimate child born of unwed parents.

I feel a great disturbance that I have to write this blog to educate you guys on this site. This is stuff that should be common sense. Yet many of you, don't exercise it. I deleted paintings recently of a swastika, from two seasoned members. Really? Are you guys that dense to not know the history behind that symbol? Use the wonderful gift that you have of the Internet and look it up. I'm getting tired of all of the rule breaking. Another thing, harassment. this includes trolling, and just tormenting other users. i see many of you do this. Its not tolerated anymore. You abuse the leniency of our Admins. Hell, its some of the Admins too! Well not anymore.

I, and another admin so far, are cracking down. Those who get Skunkbot warned once. Banned. Those who post something inappropriate will receive no warning. Banned. Those of you who comment a curse word, on profiles, blogs, chatrooms or wherever, will be banned. Paintings, Saviis, pictures that are suggestive, racist, or inappropriate. Banned. This is not the site that Hull had in mind, and I will not let it decline anymore.

If you cannot use self restraint, like most of us do, then you don't belong here. And the site would be better without you here.

There are some words that have no cause for banning. My friend, MAGICCARPET, for example. He used the word 'boast.fully' in an rp. And got himself a ban. He didn't even see that coming. You don't tend to check thing like that. But exactly my point. An instant ban would wreak havoc on people with more vast vocabularies.

This probably has nothing to do with the debate. But I just wanted to point that out.

Instead of no warnings, there could be like, temporary "perma"bans. While its not permanent, but it bans you from the entire site for 24hours, not just the chats.

Gah. Alright. It's 6 AM, why the hell am I bothering to check up on this... Anyway, yeah. Though the nazi love is a bit offhanded and sort of indirect. I'll just leave the damn thing alone. I never was really upset about the swastika not being allowed, but my ban. Me and the person "involved" are pretty close friends here, and I'm pretty sure it was known by the banner. Calling him an ass-bastard got me in trouble for harassment despite those being on here and it obviously being a joke. (Who would call someone an assbastard to be taken seriously aside from a child or drunk?) He totally is a bornoutofwedlock donkey. >:o Yeah, that's what I was on about... Soz, goodnight, NL8.

I doubt people who use the excuse of it having a peaceful meaning know nothing about the religion and cultures it is used for. Maybe I shouldn't, but I've only ever gone around saying I love their uniform. I've never said I love the people under the suit or that I agree with what they do. As for the offended bit, people are pulling the offended card for things that on't even pertain to them. They get offended over opinions, even. Oh, well sorry I think the uniforms are great and I openly disagree with a hatred towards something most people know nothing about. Guess what? I'm not a polititician. Nobody gives one damn about me unless they choose to, I can say contradicting things nobody needs to bring up something I've said before. Besides this, you don't know that. Maybe I am with that religion.

And based on the bit you said down below somewhere, if my story is questionable, then ignore me. "You never know", right?

Even after explaining this, I was told it wasn't up for debate and that a crossed out swastika was okay, and since mine was left normal it had to go.

Um. Since mine was against these newer made up rules, his should be included in here as well, since seriously this whole ordeal was started because of him, whoever it was. His is seriously just as if not more controversial than mine. He's being anti-hindu (I believe) and he's providing misleading information. Again spreading ignorance about.

Good job, probably America!

Sort of like the N-word. I think that was originally a french word for dirty, but has since then obviously been turned into a racial slur. I think we should take these sorts of things back to their original meaning. Stupid world, taking good, or even bad, things and making them worse.

No. I will not think of it as that. Since we're being so specific and can choose what we find offensive, I'll choose to find that as such. Not really, I actually don't care any more. But I will keep this whole siuation in mind. I've learned from it. Don't go into the chats when admins I tend to disagree with are on if I'm going to bring up something controversial. Also, I was thinking of it in a different way. The swastika is like a foreigh word that sounds like a different, yet bad, word of the same language. Since people usually only know a few bits of this language, they have heard the bad word but mistook it for the bad and so everyone assumes the good word is the bad word. Let's say for examples the language is 'arrowlish' and the words are 'raoyle' [good] and 'rayle' [bad]. If I had on my profile a sentence of arrowlish, saying "Fuomf fbh raoyle gdyh.", and nobody looked into it, then I would get banned. The excuse for the swastika never being allowed is that people confuse the good and the bad one for eachother and arguments start. Well, then 'raoyle' is not allowed because people assume it's bad, even though that's just from nobody ever explaining what actually is. So now everyone is going to change the meaning of something okay to something bad from their ignorance. That's what is happening. So we are also encouraging that ignorance by writing them off as the same thing and not teaching. I learned about the swastika's original meaning in school. I saw some other user having a crossed out swastika, and so I made normal one. I then was hoping to see him again so I could tell him a bit about that and how it actually isn't bad, but first it got deleted and stuff.

At this point I just agree with you guys. Most of the members are hopelessly unchangeable, no use trying to change it. But I disagree with the calling them out part. It is much more fun if you go along with it.

I can see another decrease in people going into the chats, or a decrease in amount of members. Seems more of the members who are older of age are the only ones who stay on the site longest. The kids generally end up leaving more.

That would be incredibly bulky and would just be pushed away by the chat. Also, a page dedicated to the rules would be a good copy for people to read while they are banned to really understand what they did wrong.

And about Hitler being a smart man with many smart quotes, use one of them for a signature or something. yeah they used to do more warnings in 2010. Instead of just ban -.- The admins used to be nice people back then too. Then HB hired more -.- they end up being idiots, bullying members so they can ban.

Finally somone posted this. I came back after awhile of being gone just to find a lot of people swearing, I was like "WHAT?!?!?! When I used to come here you got banned for saying wtf" (Sorry for saying wtf ) It seems as if a FEW admins arn't doing their jobs, or atleast not as well as they used to :/ For the bans I think the ban length/warnings should vary depending on what is posted. Hopfully this site gets back to itself, hate seeing swears everywhere. Good luck.

I missed that... Why ban for a swastika? The swastika dates back to Ancient Egypt, looong before Hitler was even alive. It means 'to be higher with self' not 'kill all the Jews'.

You can't expect everyone to suddenly behave. These are kids you are talking about. Kids misbehave all the time in real life so good lucking trying to explain to them how important it is to behave themselves on a website. They'll totally listen to some random on the internet. Yes this needs to stop but it won't. That's what happens when you make a site mainly for kids. And I'm not saying all kids hear are immature by the way. Sorry if I sound rude but its the truth.

No point of ranting. Countless blogs like this one hasn't change anything much. It's just a site. People come and go. There's always new people coming here unaware of the rules. Barely anyone reads anymore so what are the chances of them reading this? In a more informal talk, the average IQ is dropping as generation goes. How can it be helped?

Internet does help. I did a couple reports on Hitler. He was a very smart man. Some of the quotes that I read from him are amazing. But he was just dead wrong about his views on society.

"Just reminding you, I'm an admin," should either be the title, or in this somewhere. No, i'm not being some ass who's butthurt about being banned for this madness, but sometimes, it goes too far. You muat be truly dedicated to this site if you're willing to go to these measures to ensure the safety of the young minds. The so called "kidd approriate" site full of underaged children that love sharing their underage sex fantasy with some other *prepubescent child on this site. Damn hooligans. Btw. -1

Is it not only harassment if i am annoying him or harassing him? it was playful banter at most. If I can't say the words that are on the list of words we can say, what do i say then?

He has no control over what i say, so why did he get banned for that? he did nothing.

I don't see why we can't use words like the other b-word or the w-word.

True, they no longer have the same meaning, but when was the last time ass was used to mean donkey or bastard to mean illegitimate son on this site? I see people go "That's one stupid-ass (noun)" or "Damn that girl got an ass" pretty often on this site.

Is that really more appropriate then saying, oh, "Stop (blank)ing over such a menial topic"?

I am also tired of the sexual remarks in the chatroom too. This really hasn't been addressed but people constantly talking about sex they never had is really innappropriate. This is a children's site. Yet, we let it slide a lot.

Wouldn't words like damn and hell be more offensive to certain people.

And what about the other B-Word? Means female dog, about as acceptable as bastard.

Or how about the W-word? It was used in the Bible.

If we're gonna be really technical, there are racial slurs that have other meanings, like a narrow crack or black in Spanish.
