The Wii U has hit the UK (and Europe), and Izzy Rahman, 25 was the first to buy one!
He queued for 6 DAYS!
The Wii U was released on the 30th of November (yesterday), with midnight launches happening all over the UK.
My local game store (GAME) had one.
Now I know what you're going to say.
"Are you enjoying it?", "Is it cool?", "What games did you get?", "What's your Nintendo Network ID?" and inevitably "Are you going to make Eye3DS and/or JSiVi for the Wii U?"
Here are the answers to your questions in order: #, #, #, #, maybe.
#: Umm... how do I put this? Oh yeah, I don't have a Wii U. Yet. I ope to get one for Christmas. It depeds on my parents They'll probably buy me one for Christmas, but they just say "we'll see". I don't have enough to buy one myself, either. I only have £20. That won't even buy me a Wii U game, seeing as they're around £30 or so.
Well, I assume you'll want the prices for the Wii U, since you're too lazy to Google them.
The cheapest place you can get a Wii U is at Zavvi, where a basic pack costs £230 and a premium pack costs £275. Very good deal. £55 more, and you get a 10% return on Nintendo eShop download purchase, as well as 24GB more space and Nintendo Land. Oh, yeah, and it's in this amazing black colour. That's why it's good to go premium.
With the basic pack you get:
8GB flash memory
HDMI cable
Wii U AC adaptor
GamePad AC adaptor
With the premium pack, you get all that, but with all this stuff too:
An extra 24GB of flash memory (making it 32GB)
Wii Sensor Bar
GamePad Stand
GamePad Charging Stand
Nintendo Land
