First, happy birthday. Second, in a nutshell, yes guys are just as embarrassed and shy about talking to girls, as girls are about talking to guys... believe me... heres a tip... if a guy is constantly finding a reason to be near you, it is his way of saying he likes you, but is too shy to say it.
