Hair Color: Black, cut short for war

Weapons: A sword identical to Lucifer's, but radiating a darkness that is so pure, light could never hope to penetrate it's infinite depths.

Abilities: Insane amounts of control over everything, just as Lucifer does, but 3 times as powerful. In place of true light, Tiberius controls true darkness. It is the embodiment of nothingness; a darkness so pure that no light could ever hope to pierce it's fathomless depths.
