Hello there,
MeAndMyWii here!
This will be my first post (And activity...) in a while...
So, A little while ago, I picked up a game called Animal Crossing: New Leaf while on vacation, as I needed some kind of entertainment for my trip, and one of my friends friend mentioned it, and it sounded fun.
At first glance, I thought "Man, why did I buy this? It's just a kids game!", but I thought I would give it a try and play it for a little longer. After I got what the game was actually about, it started becoming more enjoyable.
This game is something I think most gamers would like, except if you only like first-person shooters or strategy games. I think its a pretty unique game, and the gameplay is pretty entertaining, and can be used if you need a pass-time.
What the game is about:
You start out on a train, where someone asks you where you are going to. You quickly find out you are moving to a new town (Which you can name yourself) When you arrive, some misunderstanding has taken place, and you are the new mayor.
In the town, you can talk to the villagers, start projects for public buildings, earn money (To decorate your house, buy some fancy clothes and all kinds of fancy stuff) and visit friends villages (Which I haven't tried out yet, unfortunately, haven't played the game too much yet)
Over time, villagers will move in and out of time, and special events/holidays will take place, and the year changes the weather and what kinds of fish and bugs are around. To get money, you can go fishing or catching bugs too. If you have friends, you can even pick fruits in your own village, and sell it for more in theirs!
So what I think about this game?
It is a pretty good game. You have to wait for things to happen (Which some people might not find too fun) and I can't wait to see what more that will happen in the game!
So if you have the game, or decide to go buy it, Remember to tell your 3DS friend-code, and add some friends so you can get trading with other villages, and have some fun with others!
