"Only know you've been high when your feeling low" this suggests that the writer was,actually at 1 point high and the way he says you instead of I suggests he wants to share that feeling and the contrast of the high and low really makes you think and then you realise,hey after a high always comes a low for example: buying loubitons (did i spell that right?) and having no money after high=buying ,low=no money after.

"your gonna hear me roar" is very informative,it's not oh,you may hear me roar,its almost a bossy command in a sense.Roar suggests coming out and being powerful and domiating because,lions and tigers roar and they also kill.so this may suggest she wants to kill or most probably call someone,because roaring is a way of communicating.
