What is up guys, it's me Emanuel Cruz here with news on Apple. In fact, I really never thought Apple would ever do something like this however, no one ever knows what Apple might do next. So let's get straight into it.
According to the reports from Bloomberg and Financial Times, Apple plans to buy Beats Electronics for $3.2 billion. Dr. Dre and Jimmy Lovine, are the masterminds behind the company. With many successful headphone products released and just recently-launched, Beats Music Service.
Now, the negotiation are ongoing between the two company's, and a acquisition may not happen for another week. In fact, the two companies haven't yet agreed on certain details. But, in the case that Beats Electronics does follow up with the deal, Beats management team would report directly to Apple CEO Tim Cook. Which will make this the biggest acquisition in Apple history.
Now, all of this leads to one big question, what does Apple plan on doing with Beats existing business? Will they modify Apple's growing iTunes Radio Service. Or will Apple create their very own subscription music service. How will Beats innovate Apples future products, and why the sudden interest?
Apple wasn't the only one interested in the company. HTC once held a 50 percent stake in the company, but has been bought out of its investment. Apple doesn't plan to have a stake in the company, but instead own the whole business.
What do you guys think about all of this? Leave your comments down below and I'll be sure to read them when I have the chance. I personally can't wait to see where Apple plans to head with this. I guess we're going to have to wait and see. Thank you guys for reading, my name is Emanuel Cruz have a wonderful day and remember......always be awesome!
