END EXTENDED TO 1 AUGUST! Hey there, SDKers. As you may or may not know, Nintendo are sending out Tomodachi Life: Welcome Version codes to some people in Europe who have chosen to recieve promotional emails from Nintendo for their Nintendo Network ID. Not everyone will get a code; it seems to be completely random, as some people who already have the Tomodachi Life: Welcome Version (me) or even the full game have recieved codes. Don't worry if you haven't got one: I'm giving away my code to one lucky commenter. I already have the Welcome Version, so it's no use to me. Please note that this code will only definitely work for people in the UK; it might work in Europe; and if you're in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and the little islands around them) then your chances are slim. If you're in America or Japan, sorry, because this won't work for you. Don't despair, though, because the Americans among us can download the free demo from the eShop, although it doesn't give you the Panda suit and you can only launch it 20 times.
Here's how to enter:
1. Add me as a friend- I'll need to message you the code if you win.
2. Post a reply to my comment at the bottom of this blog saying:
I want to enter.
(or something of the sort)
3. I will reply to your comment assigning you a number. Numbers will be assigned in order of comment time. ie.
A comment posted at 12pm on Monday will have the number 1. A comment posted on 1pm on Monday will have the number 2, because it is the second comment posted. The third comment gets number 3, and so on until the end of the competition.
I will choose the winner by generating a random number from (and including) 1 to the number of the last comment posted by midnight before the 1st of August 2014 (ie. a comment made at 23:59 on 31 July 2014 will be entered but a comment made at 00:00 on 1 August 2014 will not count.).
The winner will be announced during the week beginning on the 4th of August 2014, and all times are GMT/UTC (or "Zulu", not counting Daylight Savings.
Assuming you have set your timezone correctly on your profile, you can tell how far ahead or behind you are from GMT by comparing the date and time this blog was posted shown to you up at the top to the date it shows in GMT (17 Jul 2014, 13:20:14).
Good luck! If you win and the code doesn't work, then send me a message including your 3DS/3DS XL/2DS's country setting and I'll try to help.
The Download Code will only definitely work with Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL and Nintendo 2DS systems with the country setting set to the United Kingdom. If your Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL or Nintendo 2DS is from Europe, the Download Code may or may not work. If your Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL or Nintendo 2DS is from Oceania, the Download Code probably won't work. But it might. If you live in the Americas or Japan, the Download Code will not work for you. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available. Entries must be made by 00:00 on the 1st day of August, 2014. The draw will be held and the winner revealed in the week beginning the 4th day of August, 2014. All times are Greenwich Mean Time/UTC. The draw may be delayed. The winner will be contacted via message on this website as soon as possible after the draw. Only one entry can be made per member of this website. No person may create multiple accounts to enter. I reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or withhold the prize for any reason at my sole discretion. If the winner is found to have been in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize and the draw will be held again. I reserve the right to waive these terms and conditions in whole or in part, at any point and for any reason. If you don't win, shut up and stick it because I won't take any whining. Happy now, TacoRocco?
Using the Random.org random integer generator I generated 5 random numbers which could each be only 1 or 2 (there were only two entrants). The results are as follows: 1 2 2 2 1. Congrats bloodofgore! I'll be messaging you soon. Elmeria: if anything goes wrong with bloodofgore then you get the prize. Bloodofgore: do you have a European 3DS, 3DS XL or 2DS?
Hey, with regard to your newer blog about this, I decided to deny for now because it seems a little too soon to put up yet since this blog is still on the front page of the featured list. Maybe wait a few more days and resubmit?
And I left this message here since you blocked comments on the newer one and have your profile on private.

This sweepstakes is missing the tiny text at the bottom that probably says important stuff, but no one can read it. It's not a real giveaway without the tiny text.
Yeah, Nintendo haven't released the Welcome Version for America or Japan yet. :/
You can still get a demo off the eShop, which we Europeans don't get, just no Panda suit and 20 uses only.
