So. Question 1: Why and when did you join SDK? And why 'Haruspex'?

I joined in 09, I thought it was a cool idea to have a site like this on a handheld gaming device, and it seemed like it was geared to gamers, at that time there were a bit less pretweens and more older teens to adults, and the pretweens that were here, actually wanted to talk about gaming and games.

'Haruspex' is actually one of my favorite songs by The Mars Volta, I knew what it meant before that, and just kind of rolled with that instead to freak some of the kiddies out for fun, but in all honesty, its just a really damn good song from a damn good band.

Wow, so around two years before I did! Anyways, 2: Have you always been such a leader on the site, or were you once a noob like the rest of us? And if you were, what happened?

I do not really consider it being a "leader" or anything, I just do not like to see something nice get screwed, so I just kind of with the permission of Hull, kept the site neatly groomed and minty fresh.

Naw, I have never met anyone here irl, a few users live in the same city or neighboring cities, but I have never met any of them. I think it would be a bit awkward tho meeting kids from a chat site irl as an older adult, that looks kind of weird in other peoples eyes. I mean obviously I am not like that, and other people here know that, but in this day and age of "everyone" being an online predator, its just not worth it.

That's a good point. I know one user, but I actually invited her, so yeah. By the way, all of this commentary is going to be in the blog, so you don't need to put the questions in your responses. Well then, on to 4: How's life outside of SDK going for you?

Life right now is kind of hectic, I just moved into a new apartment with my partner. Its hectic because I just recently broke up with a previous partner of almost 20 years to be with this person. While that does sound a bit sketchy, it really is not. It is hectic because everything is new tho, new apartment, new living arrangements, having to look for a new job in a new area, etc etc, but that is also the fun part of starting new.

Other than that its pretty ok for the most part.
