What is this blasphemy. Kang/Jo-E reviewing a moooovieee waaaht. INDEED I AM If you've talked to me lately, Ive been obsessing over the music in this movie (A topic ill address later on) but how would I review the actual movie? Lets find out.

The Plot
Sure it had its confusing parts but dont all movies? The plot led for some pretty cool action scenes. And to make it better, the arcade style points after each one and the coins. Pure genius.

The Style
The part comedy where needed and the part action made it to where the movie would have you laughing and drawn in by the sometimes comedic fight scenes (I.E. The first fight) The arcade style added on to the feel as if each fight was played out on an arcade machine. While this may sound stupid, it isnt because of the subtle ways they put it in.

The Cast
The cast helped with the enjoyment. With Michael Cera being the protagonist Scott Pilgrim, He fit the role perfectly. Not to big but not too small. Just right if you may.

Finally, The Music
Ah yes. The moment we've all been waiting for. Following the rock band that Scott is in brings some awesome music along with it on the journey. Songs such as Threashold and Garbage Truck are played amazingly by the band. There are a couple other bands, real and fictious, played a big role in making the music that much better. The Clash at Demonhead, a band made up in the comics, performed Black Sheep by Metric very well. So well to the point where I consider it better than the original and to be my favourite song in the movie, and thats a big statement seeing how I consider this movie to have the best soundtrack overall compared to any movie. Even Tron:Legacy (Which I will review next week.) But thats enough fangirling out of me.
Overal rating
Overall, I give the movie 10/10. The plot, the action, and the music all mix together in perfect harmony to make the excellency that is Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. I'd consider this to be my favourite movie out of all movies ive seen. And I've seen quite a few that were amazing. But those will have to wait until some other time. Until then.
