The Hoopa Event is now live at McDonald's. From November 27 to December 23, you can get Hoopa at McDonald's.

All main 6 Gen Pokemon games (X, Y, OmegaRuby, and AlphaSapphire) can get Hoopa. All you need to do is just connect to their wifi and you can get it. On the Mystery Gift, you have to choose Get via Internet, not Local (don't know why). If you don't like their food, don't worry about it. You don't have to buy anything there and you can just park outside the restaurant. They'll never know.

So what comes with this Hoopa? You get this:

Level: 50

Ability: Magician

Item: Focus Sash

Moves:
Hyperspace Hole
Psychic
Astonish
Nasty Plot

That's about it. However, for OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire owners, you can take Hoopa to any Pokemon Mart in game and get the Prison Bottle . After the "cutscene", you get the Prison Bottle. The Prison Bottle turns Hoopa into Unbound Hoopa.

You can't change Hoopa Unbound back to regular Hoopa except after letting 3 days pass or putting it back in the PC. You can't battle or trade Hoopa Unbound to anyone with Pokemon X and Y. You also can't battle or trade Hoopa (both regular and Unbound) to anyone with Pokemon X and Y if it knows Hyperspace Fury. That means Pokemon X and Y will miss out on this: Hyperspace Fury (Warning: Doesn't load on DSi and lags on 3DS).
