Pokémon GO has been a huge hit throughout the United States and manyother countries. The magnitude of its success has been staggering throughout the past few days. People who are not exposed to the franchise are being brought in, and this is excellent news for Nintendo.



According to SurveyMonkey, Pokémon GO is now the biggest mobile game in terms of users at its peak. Yes, this even beats the atrocious game phenomenon Candy Crush.



The game continues to motivate people to step outside and enjoy the fresh air, all while being rewarded by catching nearby Pokémon and other in-game rewards.

It's also continuing to grow in popularity with no signs of slowing down, as the game continues to stick to #1 in the App Store's Top Charts for both Free and Top Grossing. The game is also getting tremendous attention within the media, which fuels its popularity even more.

And it's only been out for 3 days in 3 countries! Just wait until it comes out in others.

Nintendo's stock has skyrocketed over 40% due to Pokémon GO's success, as it demonstrates Nintendo's successful experimentation with mobile. If Nintendo were to bring other great games like these, imagine how much higher it could go.

Nintendo is not doomed, after all.
