The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been available for over a month now, so there has been plenty of time for those of us who have it to explore much of Hyrule. We've encountered the vastness of the game world and the depth of content in that world. We've seen the crafting/upgrade system, the voice acting of the story, the side quests, the immense amount of shrines, and never-ending Koroks. My question is: How do you think Nintendo could ever top this with future installments of the series? Would a sequel that just adds more content be enough, or should they change the formula again? I'm curious to read what everyone in the community thinks.
I haven't played it yet, but from the footage Is seen online, and what my friends have said about it, it looks really good.
What I like the most about Nintendo is their relentless innovation and I suppose the Switch had slightly disappointed me there but I think Breath of the Wild certainly send to have a great formula, although I think rather than sequels it might be better for Nintendo to switch to an episodic model?
