Furry Amino is a gr8 place. The leader definitely isn't a whiny little brat that at the slightest little thing he'll give a strike or hide your post. Totally not. Erik is the 100% best leader hands down. Does his job perfectly and everyone loves him.

And if you're wondering what the hell I'm going on about, because you probably are, I use an app called Amino because my art actually gets noticed there unlike on DA. There's a bunch of little communities on the app bla bla stuff stuff, I'm in Furry Amino obviously. And tbh I never actually thought much of the Leader? I never had any interactions with him so I didn't really care.

BUT THEN LO AND BEHOLD KITTY HAS NEW PEOPLE SHE CAN'T STAND. AND THEY HAVE THE POWER TO STRIKE ME OR MY FRIENDS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

It all started on alt accounts me and my friend made that we used for getting communities against Amino guidelines taken down, cause half the time the people in them were whiny and it was fun to troll them and make them triggered. I honestly don't know why we put the accounts on Furry Amino, we really never posted anything serious. At one point my friend made a post on her alt as a joke about Sidewalk gender or something. It was up for like 3 months with no issue and then suddenly her alt is banned for being transphobic or something.

BECAUSE OF A JOKE ABOUT A MADE UP GENDER, THAT WAS POKING FUN AT THE PEOPLE WHO LITERALLY JUST MAKE UP GENDERS TO BE SPECIAL. Oh and because some other person accused her of being transphobic for saying it was weird putting giant fake boobs on a fursuit.

AW YES ERIK TELL EVERYONE NOT TO ACCUSE WITHOUT PROOF, THEN BAN SOMEONE WITHOUT PROOF. Mhmm yes. Quality leadership.

Then I made a post arguing in defense of my friend, because friendship and because boredom. And tbh I don't remember what all happened I just know my post got hidden. And I argued with Erik a bit.

FAST FORWARD THOUGH CHILDREN TO LIKE YESTERDAY OR THE DAY BEFORE.

There was some shirt contest, cool gr8 I didn't participate because all you got out of it was a free shirt with your design on it even though they were gonna profit off the shirt if your design won, but no its fine, the curators and leaders have to work without getting paid, artists can too! Also something something the Amino madness shirts only made like $2 but fun fact: NO ONE KNEW HOW TO GET THE AMINO MADNESS SHIRTS.

Anyways the winning shirt sucked, was super obvious IM A FURRY which means most people wouldn't wear it. And my friend makes the mistake of sharing her opinion on why she doesn't like the shirt.

Someone calls my friend a C*nt and starts arguing with her, along with other people in the comments. My friends comment gets hidden. She makes a new one because hers was hidden for nothing, they start arguing with her again like immediately. Comment is hidden.

Third time is the char- oh no, its also going to get hidden because she was sharing TOXIC OPINIONS THAT WERE NEGATIVE. But the other person can get away with calling her a c*nt. Okie dokie then.

So she made a post about how she was hidden unfairly, made no mention of anyones names in the situation and had no screen shots. But it gets hidden as a callout. K then.

Then she gets striked for 24 hours for "hateful behavior and calling out another user" BECAUSE YOU KNOW IT TOTALLY WASN'T THE OTHER GUY BEING HATEFUL. NO NO IT WAS CLEARLY MY FRIEND. CALLED SOMEONE A C*NT? NOPE NOT HATEFUL. ACTUALLY STARTED ARGUMENTS AND PURPOSELY PROVOKED PEOPLE? NOT HATEFUL. BUT DARE SHARE YOUR OPINION? HATEFULLLLLL. Unless you know, its telling the artist their shirt is 100% the best. Then your opinion is A-Ok.

So I made a post about it, also without calling out anyone, no names are mentioned and all the names in the screenshots are scribbled out. My post is up for the entirety of my friends strike and all of yesterday. Only today was it finally hidden.

Then I had a lovely conversation with Erik, where he both says my friend wouldn't comply with the rules, but also stopped making "negative comments" when he warned her.

I also brought up how he did nothing to the actual hateful user and he then said he'd stop replying to this "argument".

Erik is 100% the best leader totally not sarcasm. Totally doesn't abuse his power.
